YOUR INFORMATION

 1. Information we collect automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect and store certain information about your computer or mobile device and your activities. This information includes:

Mobile Device ID
Your mobile device’s unique ID number (e.g., IMEI).

Geographic Location. Your mobile device’s geographic location and timezone when you first register for the Services.

Device Information/Specifications. Technical information about your computer or mobile device (e.g., type of device, web browser or operating system, IP address and internet service provider) to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track visitor movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information.

Information you provide directly to us. When you register with the Services, you provide us with:

● Your username, password and email address
● Credit card information
● Profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, picture, geographical location, phone number and date of birth)
● Information about your physical and fitness experience (e.g., physical fitness status, and fitness goals)

Emails: We require an email address from you when you register with certain the Services apps. We use your email for both “administrative” (e.g., confirming your registration) and “promotional” (e.g., newsletters, new class and product offerings, special discounts, event notifications, special third-party offers) purposes. Email messages we send you may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the e-mails, including whether the email was opened and what links (if any) were clicked. You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails and other promotional communications from us at any time via the opt-out links provided in such communications, or by e-mailing katie@scarlettpilates.com with your specific request. However, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Services such as service announcements, security alerts, update notices, or other administrative messages) without affording you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such communications.

 3. How we use the information:

Pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may use the information we collect from you for the following:

  • to improve your user experience and help you efficiently access your information and the platform after you log-in;

  • respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;

  • communicate with you about the Services and related offers, promotions, news, upcoming events, and other information we think will be of interest to you;

In addition to the uses outlined above, by using the Services, you agree to allow us to anonymously use the information from you and your pre and post-natal fitness experiences to continue our research into pre and post-natal fitness patterns and general trends, so that we may continue to improve the the Services experience for users and the general public. This research may be published in our blogs or interviews. However, all of your responses will be kept anonymous, and we assure you that no personal information will be published.

 Financial information. We may use financial information or payment method to process payment for purchases, subscriptions or sales made on the Services, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business.

 4. Sharing Your Information

The information we collect is used to improve the content and the quality of the Services, and without your consent we will not otherwise share your personal information to/with any other party(s) for commercial purposes, except: (a) to provide the Services, (b) when we have your permission, or (c) or under the following instances:

 Public Information. Public information is any information you share with a public audience, as well as information in your Public Profile, or content you share on another public forum or on public comments. Public information is available to anyone on or off our the Services and can be seen or accessed through online search engines, APIs, and offline media. When you comment on another person’s post, your comment will also be public.

 Removing Information or Deleting Account. You may review or edit your profile as you wish, by logging into your Services account using the information supplied during the registration process. If you would like to delete your account information, you may do so by deactivating and deleting your account through the website. If you remove information that you posted to the Services, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Services, or if other users or third parties using any available API have copied or saved that information. In addition, following termination or deactivation of your account, we may retain information (including your profile information) and user content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

 Service Providers. We may share your information with our third-party service providers that support various aspects of our business operations (e.g., analytics providers, security and technology providers, and payment processors).

MINOR’ S PRIVACY

 Scarlett Pilates content is not directed at users under eighteen (18) years of age, and if you provide information about yourself as a user of the Services, you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18 years of age, but if we do become aware of having collected personally identifiable information from a user who is younger than 18 years of age, we will remove such information from our files.
